Welcome to Investin. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from Investin. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Website Use
You may use the Investin website only for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Account Information
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless unauthorized activity is reported to us.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, materials, photographs, and other information accurately.
However, the actual color or appearance of a product may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or other factors.
Product availability is subject to stock, and we may modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
Pricing
Product prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on what is stated during checkout and applicable requirements.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price confirmed when the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted. An order may be subject to payment authorization, product availability, verification, and other checks.
Investin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel a prepaid order after successful payment, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information when making a purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy. Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used without appropriate authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Investin will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
